We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used wearable cooling products, opened consumables, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
