To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging unless the issue is due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

After we review your request, we will let you know whether a return, replacement, or refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
